Our goal is not simply to sell you a watch, but to ensure that you can enjoy wearing it with complete confidence long after your purchase.

When purchasing a watch from Jewels-Stock, you receive not only a high-quality timepiece, but also professional after-sales support.

The warranty is linked to the watch itself. It remains valid even if ownership of the watch changes during the warranty period.

Every watch undergoes a thorough inspection before being offered for sale. We carefully evaluate its technical condition, cosmetic condition, authenticity, completeness, and accompanying documentation.

1. New Watches from Our Official Brands

All watches from brands officially represented by Jewels-Stock are supplied with the official international manufacturer's warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

The standard warranty period is generally 2 years, although certain models may include 3, 5 or even more years of manufacturer's warranty, depending on the brand.

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, Jewels-Stock provides an exclusive additional 1-year warranty.

Our Official Brands:

Sinn, Formex, Laco, Hanhart, Stowa, Alexander Shorokhoff, Nivada Grenchen, Squale, Jean Marcel, Cvstos, Junghans, Out Of Order, Titoni, Orient Star, Poljot International, Exaequo, Damasko, Circula.

Exceptions

The additional Jewels-Stock warranty may not apply to specific technologies or components that can only be serviced by an authorised manufacturer service centre, including, but not limited to, Sinn Ar-Dehumidifying Technology, dehumidifying capsules, moisture indicators, or other proprietary systems.

2. New Watches from Brands We Do Not Officially Represent

If the watch is brand new but Jewels-Stock is not an official representative of the brand, it will be supplied with the valid international manufacturer's warranty.

If the manufacturer's warranty has already been activated before the sale, we will provide an additional Jewels-Stock warranty to ensure that your total warranty period is not reduced.

Example

If the manufacturer's warranty was activated 3 months before the sale and you purchase the watch on 02.07.2026, then:

• the official manufacturer's warranty remains valid until 02.04.2028;

• from 03.04.2028 until 02.07.2028, the Jewels-Stock additional warranty applies.

This ensures that you receive a full 2-year warranty period from the date of purchase, even if the manufacturer's warranty had already been activated before the sale.

3. Pre-Owned Watches

All pre-owned watches are covered by a 12-month Jewels-Stock warranty from the date of purchase.

Before being offered for sale, every watch undergoes a comprehensive inspection, including:

• movement condition;

• timekeeping accuracy;

• authenticity;

• cosmetic condition;

• completeness;

• documentation verification.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty covers:

• manufacturing defects;

• movement malfunctions;

• technical faults occurring under normal use;

• warranty diagnostics and repairs carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's or Jewels-Stock warranty terms.

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• drops;

• impacts;

• improper use;

• water damage caused by use beyond the watch's specified water-resistance rating;

• unauthorised repairs or disassembly;

• modifications or repairs carried out by third parties;

• damage caused by magnetic fields, chemicals, or extreme temperatures.

The warranty also does not cover:

• crystal;

• crown and pushers, where damage has resulted from external impact;

• bracelets, clasps, leather, rubber, or textile straps;

• scratches, dents, and other cosmetic damage;

• normal wear of polishing or surface coatings.

Water Resistance

Water resistance is not a permanent characteristic.

Seals naturally deteriorate over time; therefore, we recommend regular water-resistance testing, particularly before swimming or diving.

Water damage resulting from improper use is not considered a warranty claim.

Important Information

• The accuracy of mechanical watches is assessed within the tolerances specified by the manufacturer.

• Warranty repairs or replacement of parts do not extend the original warranty period.

• If a warranty repair requires the watch to be sent to an authorised manufacturer service centre, the repair time will depend on the service centre's workload and the availability of spare parts.

Warranty Claims

Should you require warranty service, please contact Jewels-Stock and provide the warranty card together with the watch for inspection.

Following inspection, we will advise you on the most appropriate solution, whether it be repair, replacement of parts, or forwarding the watch to an authorised service centre.
