Formex AIRFIELD 'Desert Sand'

Built on the rugged, lightweight foundation of the Formex Field collection, the AirField takes its proven construction into the world of aviation. The Desert Sand dial gives the watch a warm, utilitarian character, contrasted by blacked-out Super-LumiNova® Grade A and a red-tipped seconds hand for a distinctive instrument-inspired look.

Broad sword-shaped hour and minute hands, a triangle flanked by two dots at 12 o’clock and a long, slender seconds hand with an aircraft-shaped counterweight introduce unmistakable aviation cues while preserving the immediate legibility expected from a true tool watch. The finely grained dial surface, sloped chapter ring and recessed, individually hand-filled numerals add depth without compromising clarity.

The hardened 40 mm titanium case combines exceptional lightness with a surface hardness of approximately 900 Vickers, together with a screw-down crown and 150 meters of water resistance. Inside, the Swiss Made Sellita SW200-2 Power+ automatic movement delivers a 65-hour power reserve.
